10 Nov 2018

The study day will begin with a visit to the workshop of the Stonemasons’ Guild of St Stephen and St George in Norwich. This part of the day will bring together academics, museum curators, archaeologists and students in order to better understand the physical processes involved in stone carving.

The second part of the day will focus on recent archaeology in Norwich and will include a tour of the churches of St Lawrence and St John Maddermarket.
