Dr Richard Plant

Dr Richard Plant teaches at Christie’s Education London, where he is programmed director for the Arts of Europe options. He studied English Literature at Cambridge before going on to do his MA and then PhD at the Courtauld Institute of Art. He has published on Romanesque Architecture in England and the Holy Roman Empire, and most recently co-edited (with John McNeil) the volume Romanesque and the Past. He is a member of the Committee of the Corpus of Romanesque Sculpture in Britain and Ireland.
